Since 1972, Pools by Francine has built many of the finer swimming
pools in the Houston area, and is extremely proud
of every swimming pool in its portfolio. We are
builders involved in new construction, additions,
repair and maintenance in both the residential
and commercial sectors. We specialize in the construction
and maintenance of swimming pools at a competitive
price. We construct gunite pools and our refurbishment
service is second to none.

We do not build on speculation, our entire staff
is focused on working with customers to achieve
their project goals.

In addition to a project manager assigned to each
project, we have an on site supervisor. We also
employ our own crewmen, making our crews more
responsive to the needs of each customer.
